Submissions called for Sydney Water/NSW Office of Water MoU
PrintUnder the Sydney Water Act 1994 and Sydney Water’s operational licence, Sydney Water must enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the NSW Office of Water.
The MoU provides the foundation for a co-operative relationship within the context of each organisation’s statutory and other responsibilities. The first MoU was developed in 2002, and revised in 2007.
Due to recent changes in the operational environment, the MoU is undergoing a further review. Submissions are invited on the draft revised MoU. Closing date for submissions is Friday 6 May 2011.
