Victorian groups sign MoU
VicWater and Vic Catchments have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly tackle climate change.
The two groups say there are several areas in which their new cooperation has seen positive change already.
They have set up an industry exchange program with the portal on the VicWater website, which is being used to help people move across the whole sector.
They are also working on the development of director networks and programs, and finding new ways to drive diversity and inclusion across the broader sector.
“We are committed to exploring further opportunities for collaboration, including the engagement of Intelligent Water Networks (IWN), innovations in the circular economy, sector resilience and the management of resources that drive success across the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) spectrum,” VicWater said in a statement.
